I love to design original workshops. A new challenge always comes with lots of inspiration.
I have led workshops with children and adults, in different settings, from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds, and with a variety of themes, goals, and objectives. I use distinct expressive tools and embodied activities, and my overall intention is to facilitate a fluid, playful and insightful authentic experience; to step into the all-time - in-between space where connection is possible and healing can occur.

Αυτοσχεδία (Aftosxedia)
Greece, 2005-2002
The cultural/political center of Aftosxedia was an autonomous initiative that offered a safe space to the wider community to discuss, relate and co-create. Amongst other activities, we have been running a weekly creative playgroup for the immigrant children of the neighborhood.
KOY KΛOY ΒΑΟΥ
The puppet theater group of Aftosxedia has been doing free performances at schools, parks and the space of Autosxedia, bringing joy, laugh, play and reflection to the community.
