We have put in place a rigorous application process and we do a thorough medical and psychological screening to make sure that the retreat is appropriate for you as there are conditions that do not permit the use of Medicinal Plants.

Please review the following information carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

1. The Application Package includes: 

Application Form, Health Form, Motivation Letter and the application processing and evaluation fee of $222. The application fee is non refundable with no exemptions unless the retreat is cancelled.

2. When you make your payment you automatically complete the Application Form and we will be sending you the Health Form and instructions to write your Motivation Letter. You may also download these documents by clicking below:

3. Please note that in order to proceed with the review of your application. We need to receive all of your documents. The review may take up to 10 days and will be in touch if additional information is needed.

4. Once this process is completed, you will be informed if your request has been accepted or denied. In some cases, we may make recommendations or ask for more specific information before the beginning of the retreat. For all these reasons, this Application is not a guarantee of participation.

5. Please be aware that once you are accepted as one of the 10 participants in CAR’s retreat, you will need to pay in full the retreat fee by the date indicated in your acceptance letter.
